This guide will show how easy it is to manage all the features in the system and your virtual magazines.
You can also compare the differences between UniFlip Free and Bizz.

Existing user - Click here and log in now
New user - Click here to create a new free account.

To create a new publication, click on the Create 3D Publication tab.
Assign a name to your publication in the box provided!
Browse your computer to choose and upload your file in one of the following formats: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (2003-2007), or Adobe PDF. You can minimize your browser window and work in other applications while your files are uploading.

After your file has uploaded, choose the language and background color.
Check the box to agree to UniFlip?s terms; then click Create publication. The speed of the conversion depends on the size of the file, your Internet connection, and how many users are on the system at one time.

Once your publication has been created, it will appear under the My 3D Publications tab. Click on the link; your publication will open in a new window.

Log in to your account - click "My 3D publications" - click the publication and a new window opens and see your online flash magazine.
You can also see the current status for the publication:
"Processing" - the system still works (click CTRL + F5 to update you browser window) "Trial" - you can make changes "Online" - the publication is online and active.

Generally, a file of 5MB containing 30 pages takes approximately 5 minutes.
You can track the status in the Management Module. ?Processing? means that the system is still uploading the document; ?Trial? means that you can make changes; ?Online? means that the publication is online and active.
Remember to update your browser window so you can see when the publication is ready. The status will change from "Processing" to trial or free.

To delete a publication, click the Edit link under the My 3D Publications tab; then select delete publication from the drop-down menu.
Note: The system can support three different online publications at a time. If you already have three active publications with UniFlip FREE, delete an existing publication before uploading a new file.

Click on the "My publications" tab - click "Edit" next to the publication you want to use for individual or non-commercial usage.
Check mark the box and confirm that the publication is used for individual and non-commercial use. Finally, choose the " Reactivate" option in the dropdown menu and the publication will not be deleted.
If this is your first online publication, it will be moved or deleted after the free trial expires.

The download option will be active after you have assigned a license to a specific publication.
Click on the "My publications" tab - click "Download zip" next to the publication and save the folder on your local computer.
Extract the zip file and embed at your own WEB server.

Click on the My 3D Publications tab. To make changes to the welcome text in your publication, click the Edit link that appears to the right of your publication and re-type the default welcome text. The publication will be moved to the paid section and you can make changes or replace the file for 8 days

You may change the font and characters of the welcome message by changing the HTML codes;

Below the welcome message you can insert your company logo or a photo, which you can turn into a hyperlink leading directly to you website. You can change the logo and picture at any time. The previous logo and image will automatically be deleted by uploading a new file.
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page after the upload and the Flash publication updates automatically.

To make changes to your publication, click the Edit link that appears to the right of your publication. Change the background color and give your online Flip Flash publication a new look.
Click on the "My publications" tab - click "Edit" next to the publication and select a new color.
Final click "Save" and the Flash publication updates automatically.

To make changes to your publication, click the Edit link that appears to the right of your publication. Choose from 12 different languages for the navigation text and make your online publication easier to navigate for your foreign readers.
Click "My publications" tab - click "Edit" a and choose a new language and click "Save" and the Flash publication will be updated.

If you don't want the reader to be able to make a PDF download, you can remove the function in the online flash viewer.
Click "My publications" tab - click "Edit" next to the publication where you want to remove the PDF icon.
Remove the check mark and click "Save" at the bottom of the page and the publication will be changed.

If you don't want the reader to be able to send the 3D publication with the "Tell a Friend" function, you can deactivate it in your administration module.
Log in to your account and click "My 3D Publications".
Click "Edit" and open the administrationmodule for the publication
Remove the check mark and click "Save" at the bottom of the page and the publication will be changed.

If you don't want your readers to be able to print your online 3D publication, you can remove this function from the online flash viewer.
Click on the "My publications" tab - click "Edit" next to the 3D flip catalog where you want to remove the print function.
Remove the check mark and click "Save" and the Flash catalog will be updated.

Mail the publication by an email to your business partners, friend or family. Just open the online 3D publication in a browser window and copy the internet address.
Paste the hyperlink into an email and it's ready to be sent and if you don't want to display the URL, you can create a text, such as "My catalog".
Check the instructions provided by your email program e.g. MS Outlook or Hotmail

Embed the online publication at your website and make it public for your visitors. Just open the online Flash publication in a browser window.
Copy the URL-address/hyperlink and paste it on your website and make a picture link or text link.
Read more in the instructions for the software created by your website or contact your webmaster for additional advice.

Create traffic to your new 3D online flash publication and buy an animated teaser for your web site.
Log in at your account and click "See prices and buy" at the top menu. Purchase the teaser and send an email to uniflip@uniflip.com included the hyperlink to your online publication and the requested size (height and width in px) for your WEB site.
The animated gif file will be mailed to you within 24 hours at normal business days.

Once you have made all of the necessary changes and your publication is ready for viewing, it is ready to be assigned a license. To buy a license for your publication, select Buy License from the dropdown menu. Note: To host your online publications from UniFlip?s server, licenses need to be renewed every 12 months. Users will receive an e-mail reminder a month and a half before the license is due to expire.

Click on the My 3D Publication tab and click Edit; then choose Assign License from the dropdown menu. Click Save.
The publication will be moved to the paid section; you can make changes or replace the file for eight days. Licenses will be valid for 12 months from the date they are assigned.
If this is your first online publication, it will be moved or deleted after the free trial expires.

IMPORTANT: Don´t delete the existing online publication before replacing it, otherwise you will loose the Re-Upload license 1. Sign in to your account
2. Purchase a Re-Upload license (USD 14.00)
3. Click the tab "My Publications"
4. Click "Edit/Change" next to the publication, you want to replace
5. In the top - "More functions" - choose "Re-Upload" in the dropdown
6. A new window opens and then choose if you want to keep the existing links, welcome text, colors, meta, language and more. You can customize and change the skin later.
The URL will not change during this session.

The publication needs to be renewed every 12 months and you will receive a remeinder by email 30 days and 14 days before the license expires.
Purchase the renewal license and you will be able to make a new upload and replace the current online publication.
The license will be activated and the period for extra 12 months starts after you have assigned the license.

In the free version there will be included external banners at the last page and if you want to avoid this advertising you must purchase a license.
